The prescription screen is simple and easy, flowing from patient to

Customers may be put on charge privileges, auto charge, credit hold,

codes so one group of statements will run on the 15th and another run

auto charged directly from the prescription screen. The patient's
current, 30, 60 and 90 balances are all displayed on the prescription
screen. When posting to the account receivable, batches are kept
separate to allow more than one person to post at a time keeping their
individual batches separate.

the injury date, agency, and employer, may be entered in one screen.
Multiple Injury dates may be added to the same patient. The Worker's
Compensation prescriptions stay in a reconciliation file until you
are happy with the payment, at which time the scripts maybe purged
from the file. A trial balance and statements can be printed and
reprinted an unlimited amount of times. The total outstanding balance
of Worker's Comp may be printed at any time.
Never take a physical inventory again! Inventory control helps
you keep cost under control. The software will track quantity
in stock for you. A low stock report may be printed daily.
